As you can see, the website has undergone an massive redesign – something which I hope will increase the ease of navigation around the site and generally enhance your An F1 Blog experience.
Some of the cool new features included after the redesign are:
- New newspaper style homepage.
- New, easier to navigate navbar.
- Drivers wall & Calendar
- Video section & Photo gallery
However, as with all things which change there is room for improvement, and I would love to know what you think of the redesign, and I would love some of your input into how I can make it better – which parts you like, which parts you don’t and some ideas as to how to improve the site.
Please, drop me a line in the comments section below!

Sorry Jack, far better two days ago – it looks like a lot of other blogs now, whereas it really stood out before. I thought it was easier before too, I’m afraid. Sorry to be a bit negative with these comments, but I hope this input helps somewhat. I would love to know what others think. Maybe it’s just me, but I do work in design to some degree.
Thanks Chris! I’ve no problem with your comments – I need to know what people think. It’s never too late to change it back if others agree with you
It’s very F1Badger-esque (could be good or bad) … but having said that I think it looks nice
Seems like F1 Badger use the same theme as this – could be good as F1 Badger is a great site, could be bad as it takes away the originality of the design. Thanks Gavin
Like the new look as it’s a nice and clean design and easy to find what your looking for
Only thing i would try and do is make the Forum match the look of website
Great, thanks Eyerex. Will suggest that to Chris who runs the forum.
I think it looks nice and clean which I like-can’t stand clutter and sites that are too “busy”.
Love the redesign. Big achievment by striking the balance between looking good and looking professional. Nice work
nice redesign, works well. i can’t fathom what the little blocks beneath each comment do? they change to red on hover, but clicking doesn’t achieve much?

Mr C I have spoken to the designer and he has told me what those strange blocks are for – as you can see, reply buttons! I have programmed in the reply function now so they work. Thanks for pointing that out
Thanks for the kind words Lynda, Steph and Mr C. I have to confess Mr C, I have no idea what those little blocks do either! I am going to get in contact with the designer and find out what they are for! If I get an answer I will post it here
