Jenson Button has set the fastest lap in Free Practice 1. The session was marred by an accident involving Toro Rosso’s Sebastien Buemi, when both his wheels came off and the suspension shattered during braking after the fastest straight on the circuit, where the cars are travelling up to 326 km/h.
