This week disgraced former Renault team boss Flavio Briatore has gone to court to try to have his lifetime ban from FIA motorsport overturned. He also wants £900,000 in damages. He still denies any involvement in the ‘crashgate‘ scandal which earned him the ban. Do you think he should have his ban overturned?
